Free Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days)
Free shipping is available on all U.S. continental orders over $99 (subtotal).
Gift Card purchases are excluded from free shipping.
You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
Free Shipping Requirements
If a Gift Card is part of your purchase, the remaining physical items must total $99+ to qualify for free shipping.
If the remaining balance is below $99, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
International Shipping
All international orders will be shipped via DHL in 3-5 business days.
Lost / Stolen Packages
Sassy Jones is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover), Paypal, Klarna, Affirm, Sezzle, and Afterpay. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as ‘SASSYJONESB’.
Pre-Order Policy
Our Pre-Order option allows customers to secure items before they are officially released or restocked. This provides early access to upcoming Sassy Jones collections and limited-edition pieces.
Pre-Order Terms
- Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed.
- Estimated shipping dates are based on the information provided by our manufacturers.
- Dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to production or shipping factors outside of our control.
- Your payment method will be charged immediately at checkout to reserve your item.
Shipping of Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items will ship once they arrive at our warehouse.
- If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship separately.
Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions
Shipping protection offers optional coverage in cases of loss or damage to your package.

Damage Claims
Damage is defined as mishandling during shipment resulting in visible wear or deficiency to the product or packaging.
Submit photo or video proof within 2 business days of delivery.
Loss Claims
A package is considered lost if:
- It has been mishandled or misplaced by the carrier (UPS or USPS),
and - There have been no tracking updates for 5 business days.
Loss claims must be filed within 20 days of the last tracking update.
Claim Approval
If approved, Sassy Jones will replace or reimburse the order (minus shipping costs).
Replacements may require a $9.95 reshipping fee.
