What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Serving as the primary point of contact and liaison for staff, clients, and external partners, ensuring requests are handled promptly, professionally, and accurately.
  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks such as booking travel, coordinating reservations, preparing meeting materials, and managing logistics.
  • Tracking, prioritizing, and following up on deadlines, initiatives, and key tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reviewing and responding to incoming correspondence (email and postal mail) with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Influencer Program Development
    Build and manage a strategic influencer and affiliate marketing program across platforms—including sourcing, onboarding, content management, and performance tracking.
  • Pinterest Strategy & Execution
    Launch and grow a high-converting Pinterest channel. Create keyword-rich, clickable pins and SEO-optimized boards that drive traffic and sales.
  • Social Shop Management
    Oversee daily updates of Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest shops to ensure accurate product tagging, optimized visuals, and frictionless shopping experiences.
  • Cross-Platform Content Planning & Design
