Once your order has been placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be edited or canceled. You will receive an order confirmation email which will include your order number and purchase summary.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise communicated.

Pre-Order item(s) will have an estimated shipping timeframe at time of purchase.

Any orders containing a pre-order item will not be partially shipped. All items on the order will ship at the same time according to the pre-order shipment timeframe. 

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn,
unwashed, and in perfect condition with original tags attached.


The buyer is responsible for return shipping. A 15% restock fee applies to online
returns; shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.


Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.
Items that do not meet the return criteria will be denied and returned to the sender.


Online purchases must be returned online — they cannot be returned in-store.

Once your return has been reviewed and approved, a store credit will be issued. Please
allow 7–10 business days after receipt for processing.


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

ALL P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.

International Orders:

All international orders will be shipped via DHL in 3-5 business days.

Sassy Jones is NOT responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.  You must contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Order Protection Terms and Conditions

Order protection provides additional coverage for your purchase in the event of loss or damage to your shipment/package. In the event of loss or damage to your package, you must contact Client Experience at hello@shopsassyjones.com to begin the claims process.

Damage

Damage is defined as the mishandling of your package under the possession of the package carrier resulting in significant wear/deficiency to the parcel packaging and product. You must submit proof of any claims of damage for review (photos or videos). Damage claims must be submitted within 2 business days of package delivery.

Loss

Loss is defined as:

1. The mishandling or misplacement of your package under the possession of the package carrier (UPS or USPS) resulting in the failure of package delivery. 

 -and-

2. It has been 5 business days since the last tracking update.You must initiate your loss claim within 20 days of the last tracking update.

Claim Approved

If your claim is approved, Sassy Jones will work to either replace or reimburse your order (less the cost of shipping). Order replacements will be subject to a $9.95 reshipping fee.

Sassy Jones accepts all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and the full amount will be billed at checkout. We do not accept cash at our retail location.

Order and refund history. Demographic information, such as age, estimated income, household information, and occupation.

Information about your interests, preferences, and purchase history. As part of applying for credit, or processing a return, you may be asked to provide government issued identification numbers, such as social security number, national identification number, and/or driver’s license number.

Information may be collected from you if you interact with us on social media sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat Device and browser information including location information, MAC addresses, IP addresses, Cookies, and other online identifiers.

Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.

The Sassy Jones mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Sassy Jones (“Sassy Jones ”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Sassy Jones ’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sassy Jones through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sassy Jones . Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 30938 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Sassy Jones mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
