Once the terms of service are accepted and the order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include your order number and purchase summary.

Once your order has been placed, you are unable to request any changes or order edits.

Your order will be shipped out of the operation center within 5-7 business days. (unless otherwise communicated, i.e. Pre-Sale)

Here at Sassy Jones, we value every customer and want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will gladly accept the return of your sellable item, for a STORE CREDIT ONLY within 15 Days of the delivery.

To correctly process your return, the following must be complied:

- Sassy Jones reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.

- The product(s) MUST be returned in perfect condition, showing no signs of being washed or worn.

- The buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return.

Purchases made online CANNOT be returned to the Sassy Jones Retail Store. Please contact our Client Experience Team at to initiate the return process.

Items that do not meet the return criteria will be denied and returned to sender!

- We do not accept returns on items that have visibly washed, worn or where the tags have been removed.

- Non-Returnable Items: All home decor, sale items, items marked final sale, all Beauty products, Bundle offers, and Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Once your item is returned:

- Once the return has been reviewed and approved, a store credit will be issued.

- Our team will take care of processing your return and will send a confirmation email once the package has been received and processed.
