As the new year approaches, sis we gotta get rid of some ish. Decluttering is not only a verb relating to your physical space but more importantly your energetic and spiritual spaces as well. What was the one thing that held you and what's the one thing that propelled you? Whatever held you back in 2021, identify the habits that support that behavior and create measurable goals to reduce that activity. It’s not about the what, it’s more about the how. For example, if you experienced tons of anxiety this year, identify the one thing that produces those feelings most. When you’ve identified that, what are the habits that typically surround those moments? Work on those small habits and you’ll notice some traction. It’s clean up time because we are going higher, our destiny depends on it.

Think about the one thing that propelled you this year? Was it therapy, your BFF, self care, your career? For me, hands down it was the choices I made to take care of myself and my desire to forgive myself and others to remain clear. This year, I took solo trips, committed to therapy, kept regular spa day appointments and released my desire to control things around me all the more. It’s made so much difference in my life, career and relationships.

So as the year comes to an end and we celebrate this glorious holiday season, consider this: a clean space encourages a pace of grace. When your physical spaces are clear, you can find things easily, you save time, reduce frustration, which in turn allows you to show up better for yourself and others.
“Consider this: a clean space encourages a place of grace.”
Moreover, the energetic decluttering is what I really want us to be intentional about. What one thing will you remove from your life that will make all the difference in your 2022? I want to hear it, tell us here!
