Program Details

Store credit is calculated based on the final merchandise subtotal paid by the customer. Discounts, promo codes, previous store credits, gift cards, and shipping charges are excluded from the calculation. Credits are issued immediately after purchase. Store credit expires 15 days from the exact date and time it is issued.

Store Credit is earned on eligible full-price items only. Items purchased with discount codes, promotional offers, or markdowns do not qualify. Products sold at their regular everyday price are eligible. If you use an order-wide discount (such as 10% off your entire purchase), no Store Credit will be earned on that order. Orders that qualify for a free gift with purchase are also not eligible to earn Store Credit.

Store credit can be redeemed directly on the checkout screen.

Credits can be redeemed on future online and in-store purchases. Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
