Q: How long does it take for me to get my shipment?
Sassy Jones uses UPS to ship our packages in the US. Orders are shipped typically within 1-3 business days of payment (unless otherwise stated). Shipping averages 5-7 days (unless otherwise stated). Shipment is $7.95 in the US only.
Q: How long does it take for me to get a store credit for return or damage?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
Returns:
Buyer is responsible for contacting hello@shopsassyjones.com to initiate return process.
  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise 7 days of the delivery of your product. After 7 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
  • A restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY
  • All items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.
Non-Returnable Items: Beauty Products (Lipstick and Lashes), Clearance Items Products are nonreturnable.

Q: How can I write a review on a product?
You can write a product review on any product page. Simply scroll down on the product page and underneath the “Reviews”, you will see a button to "Write A Review"  to add your comments.
Q: How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that ShopSassyJones.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.
