Enjoying family, friends, working out with my trainer, taking long nature walks, communing with the Lord, playing tennis and pickle ball, double dutch, leisure travel…. Turning the Big 70 in August, going to Egypt in September…the list goes on…. I’m loving my weight loss journey!!! I cut back on some many unhealthy things!! I’m so proud of myself. It will be a year on 8/9. I’m still not where I want to be. But I’m getting there.
